A cartonnage polychrome painted hand fragment, measuring 112 mm/4.3 ins. in length, said to be from a mummy of a young girl, mounted on black velvet in an open frame (frame measures 172 mm/6.8 ins. x 129 mm/5.1 ins.), suitable for wall hanging, Ptolemaic Period, 304 – 31 B.C.

A large turquoise faience Udjat Eye (Eye of Horus) amulet, measuring 47 mm/1.9 ins. across, the eyebrow and pupil applied in black. The vertical projection under the pupil damaged as shown, but an attractive item. Late Dynastic Period, c. 600 B.C.

EA57 A steatite scarab with a standing bull carved on the base : £ 90 NEW!

A steatite scarab measuring 18 mm/0.7 in. long, a standing bull carved on the underside, a chip on one side restored with coloured plaster, otherwise condition good. Probably New Kingdom, c. 1550-1069 B.C.
Ex A.E. Hudd Collection and previously in the collection of the artist Lyndon Goodwin Harris RI, RSW, RWA (1928-2006).

A polished jasper (or possibly red glass) inlay of the Red Crown of Lower Egypt, measuring 23 mm/0.9 ins. across, some small inoffensive chips to the top of the crown, otherwise condition good. Late Dynastic Period, c. 1085 – 31 B.C. Supplied with a perspex stand.
Ex K. Amery Collection, London. Previously sold by Eternal Egypt of Wimbledon, London, and published as No. 19 in their catalogue 'Jasper Crown – Egyptian Antiquities' in September 1992.

A steatite scarab measuring 15 mm/0.6 in. long, a duck and some hieroglyphs carved on the underside, complete and a well-carved example, probably New Kingdom, c. 1550-1069 B.C.

A small turquoise faience amulet of Mahes, the lion-headed god of war, measuring 26 mm/1 in. high. A fracture across the ankles repaired, otherwise condition good and a well-modelled example, Late Dynastic Period, c. 1085 – 31 B.C. Mounted on a perspex base.
