ST97 A Middle Neolithic flint pick from Spiennes, Belgium : £ 45

A Middle Neolithic white flint pick measuring 175 mm/6.9 ins. in length, flaked surfaces overall, condition good. Found near Camp a Cayaux, Spiennes, Mons District, Belgium, c. 3500 B.C. An inexpensive artifact from a renown flint mine site (bears an inventory no. CAC.373).

A Neolithic black hardstone polished axehead, measuring 160 mm/6.3 ins. in length. Minor surface wear and the exterior weathered dark green, chips to the cutting edge but an inexpensive example for the size. Provenance not known.

A Middle Neolithic white-patinated flint axe roughout, possibly a reject, measuring 151 mm/5.7 ins. in length. Some iron staining, otherwise condition good. Found near Camp a Cayaux, Spiennes, Mons District, Belgium, c. 3500 B.C. An inexpensive artifact from a renown flint mine site (bears an inventory no. CAC.758).

ST102 An Egyptian Neolithic brown flint point from Middle Egypt, c. 4000 B.C. : £ 28 NEW!

An Egyptian Neolithic large elongate brown flint point, probably an arrowhead, measuring 47 mm/1.8 ins. in length, with a small tang for attachment. One side chip, otherwise condition good. Found in Middle Egypt, c. 4000 B.C.

A Neolithic brown sandstone polished axehead, measuring 102 mm/4.0 ins. in length. Minor surface wear, the butt percussion marked and significant blunting to the cutting edge, but an inexpensive Neolithic artifact. Provenance not known.

A Middle Neolithic white-patinated grey flint ?push-plane, measuring 140 mm/5.5 ins. in length. Some encrustation on one side, otherwise condition good. Found near Camp a Cayaux, Spiennes, Mons District, Belgium, c. 3500 B.C. An inexpensive artifact from a renown flint mine site (bears an inventory no. CAC.1081).
