Any item found not to be as described (according to expert opinion) can be returned for a full refund at any time, providing it is received by us in the same condition as originally sent to the buyer. Under no circumstances can the liability of Ancient Relics exceed the purchase price of an individual item. All antiquities come with a certificate of authenticity.VIEWINGWe are a mail order business only. We try to provide good quality photographs for all items (except common medals and badges and some documents) on the website. However, potential buyers wishing to see other views of objects should let us know their requirements. We will then take additional photographs and either post or email them to you. There may be a delay of approximately one week between despatch of additional photographs and the original request due to processing.BUYINGAs we sell on a first-come, first-served basis - please email, telephone or fax to ensure that your chosen item is available. On confirmation, payment should follow immediately, as we can reserve an item for four days (UK buyers) or eight days only (international buyers). All items are supplied on ten days (UK buyers) and twenty days (international buyers) approval and may be returned for any reason during this time period, although returned goods must be received by us in the same condition as supplied (please contact us prior to despatch). We aim to send all orders within 10 days of receipt of order, although buyers should allow up to 25 days for delivery. Medals and badges will be despatched using registered post to UK buyers at a cost of £6 extra. Postage for other militaria will be charged at cost (to be advised at the point of order). UK buyers of antiquities should add 5% to the total, unless we advise otherwise or payment can be made via 'Paypal Buy Now' buttons. Overseas buyers will be advised of postage costs and best transport method separately.
